I’m not gonna address the relationship. I’m gonna address YOU. What issues, emotions, and struggles are you having?
For example, you come and say, “My significant other gaslights me.”
Alright, let’s explore that, let’s find out what makes you gaslightable and fix that. How can we prevent you from being gaslightable in general? What can we do to have a good balance between being assertive and being open to life and other people's opinions at the same time? etc etc
Simply, my approach is: For once, it’s not about the narcissist. It’s about YOU.
Techniques I use:
Hypnotherapy: (therapy while in a relaxed state - you’re fully awake and will remember everything afterwards)
NLP: Neuro-linguistic programming - which helps you take things into your hands
CBT: Helps you spot the patterns in life - sprinkle some NLP on top, boom, you take charge of those patterns into your own hands!
Thought-provoking questions: You’ve been told what to do enough, I’m gonna help you think and get back to your intuition.
