What is Rebel in Recovery?

Rebel in Recovery is not another self-help echo chamber. It’s a space where psychology and solution-focused coaching collide. The Rebel and The Sage work together. My mission is to help you disrupt old patterns, heal at the root, and step into lasting transformation.

Who do you work with?

I work with people who are done being stuck in cycles of overthinking, victimhood, or “just coping.” My clients are seekers, rebels, and survivors moving into victors who are ready to take responsibility and create real change in their lives.

What’s the difference between therapy, coaching, and hypnotherapy?
  • Therapy often focuses on past wounds and managing symptoms.

  • Coaching is future-focused.. it’s about clarity, strategy, and taking action.

  • Hypnotherapy works directly with your subconscious to shift patterns that talk alone can’t touch.

I use a blend of these approaches to get to the root, not just the surface.

Do I need to believe in hypnosis for it to work?

No. Hypnosis isn’t magic.. it’s a natural state of focused attention that you already slip into when driving, scrolling, or daydreaming. You don’t need to “believe” in it, you just need to be open.

We meet 1:1 online. Each session is part conversation, part deep work.. weaving storytelling, coaching, and hypnotherapy to help you break free from the stories holding you back.

How many sessions will I need?

That depends on the depth of what you’re working on. Some people get breakthroughs in 1–2 sessions.. others commit to a series for lasting transformation. We’ll discuss your goals and create a plan that feels aligned.

What if I’ve tried everything and nothing works?

That’s exactly who this work is for. If you’ve tried the books, the podcasts, the endless therapy sessions, and still feel stuck.. this approach cuts through the noise and gets to the root.

Is this confidential?

Absolutely. What we discuss stays between us. This is a safe, judgment-free space.
